How do you adjust your style when training a Generation Xer vs. a Baby Boomer? What do you do when you have both in the same class? And how do you get through to someone when you don't know how to relate? Please join us for a discussion of training across generations. Bring your experiences and strategies to discuss with other training professionals from the area. You'll be sure to take away some great ideas you can use in your own classroom!
